"Gave up on several occassions trying to get an answer from the front desk clerk. There was usually only one and she was busy taking reservations over the phone. This was on the afternoon of 7/28 between 4-6 p.m. Lobby smells like smoke. Couldn't get ice out the machine - there was only one on the second floor. A note said to go to the front desk, but I already knew that would be a wasted effort."

"This hotel was protrayed as a nice, clean, conference center and
convient. In reality this hotel is located in the middle of several
car dealerships away from the restaurants and shopping centers.
I only stayed 1 of the 2 nights that were booked. The appearence of
the lobby and room was very miss leading. The carpet in the room was
so dirty you could not walk in the room with out shoes, the surface of
the bath tub was covered in a film that was served to be dangerous.
When I questioned the clerk I was told that 90% of the hotel had been
remodeled and this was just one of the few rooms (because it was a
smoking room) had not been available for the restoration. Per the clerk this was a recent acquition for Best Western and they still had
work to do, it was a very dirty hotel when they took over."
